i ordered some night shade and i am going to black out my inner turn signals, and was thinking if i should spray my altezzas a light transparent coat, just to give it alittle darker tone.
so what do you guys think

This is the only way I'd ever consider having those lights on my car, if they were tinted.
I've always wanted to see what that looks like.

They also make a spray like Nightshades in red. I've seen it on eBay.
That could actually look nice. They would look like more expensive factory lights like higher-end and newer cars have.
Of course, black will be better on a black car. ;)

NightShades has red pigments in it so your lights still light up red, but look black when not on.

No, they sell completely red tint. Looks red instead of black. It would give you an "upgraded" factory look.

They look 100X better. First set of altezzas I've ever been able to say I liked. :)

I prefer stock tails myself.

I don't prefer that car at all. Not being an ass. My opinion. I do however, respect the work you have put into it. I don't like the tails, but you do as do a lot of other people. So going off that I am going to tell you nice job, and to keep up the good work. Good luck with everything.

okay. what is the point of spending $200 on taillights then spray painting them? i mean, if your gonna do it to stock tails, thats fine. i love my niteshaded stock tails. but the euro lights just look like ass anyways, they mess up the lines of the car. then you do that? stupid.

Anyone who spend $200 on them is not smart.
You can get them so much cheaper than that.
Making them look better is not stupid.
The GTi must come with a factory-equipped bad attitude. Seems to happen to many of the owners. :D

Cool. Thanks for the pics. I have been wanting to see what nightshade looked like on lights.....
not bad at all. Not as dark as I pictured it but.
How long does it last before you have to redo it?
.......Can your car fly? (JK..LOL)......couldn't help it sorry.

I like that! Looks mean as hell! Post pics of the inner turns at night from a distance of like 10-15ft. Im curious about the visibility of them like that. Kudos though man I really like that.

heres one but its also brighter at night

Does it affect headlamp brightness much if you use it on them? What kind of clear coat did you use? (Just normal spraypaint clearcoat or laquer or?). I think I may do that to my white ZX2......it looks awesome.
