Mainly because that's what we both say when we take the first bite.
This stone pot, my wife bought at a pampered chef party. You can buy these lots of places though. Ours is seen here:

So basically we fill it with food and pop it in the oven for like 45 mins at 450 degrees and everything comes out amazing.
This time i'm doing awesome chicken. Here's the ingredients.
Some chicken
Some chopped green peppers
Some chopped onions
Some brussel sprouts
Some mushrooms (mushrooms must be included, but the other ingredients are optional)
White wine
Olive oil
Lowry's garlic salt
Paprika
Shit seen here:

Put a light coating on the bottom of the pot of olive oil. Put chicken in. Stack veggies on top after slicing. Then white wine, olive oil, garlic salt and paprika to your taste. Usually ends up looking like this:

I'll post an out of the oven pic when it's done. But it surely will be awesome.

Well as informative as that is, i've literally never found another garlic salt besides one that contains the exact shit Lowry's does. So thanks for the contribution... or lack there of.
I've thought about making my own because i don't want the other crap they put in it, but i just haven't gotten around to it. Lowry's and one other brand, basically sell the exact same garlic salt here. Never found another one.

nice ninja edit on the bolding of the incorrect spelling. LAWLZ!
where's the picture of what it looked like after baking?
i would try that as well, but it would have to be with a mushroom replacement, as both of the ladies in the house won't eat them for some reason.

LOL.
Green peppers can over power a dish. Red, Yellow and Orange peppers aren't as strong.
I always complain about green peppers.

How are they not as strong? Green peppers are bland. Red, orange and yellow are sweet. Green peppers with onions and mushrooms, which all have their own perfect distinct tastes, is the perfect combo. When i eat this, it's onion, pepper, mushroom, chicken in one bite. The flavor blend is amazing.
Anyways, sorry i was kinda retarded and didn't remember to take a end result pic. The chicken tenders in the pic are not ideal either. That was the first time i've made it with small pieces like that and they were kind of over cooked. Full chicken breast is ideal, and maybe searing both sides first in a frying pan or high heat on the bbq also. We've also used pork loin, turkey roast and carne esada steak. For the steak, substitute red wine for white. Switch up the veggies whenever. We've done potatoes in there as well as substituted red for white onions and added some carrots or cauliflower or something else to your liking. The sky is the limit. I think we might try pork with cabbage tonight. Wife makes a good boiled cabbage that she bakes with meat in a glass pan sometimes but i've been wanting to try this in that stone pot. If we end up doing that i'll post some pics and shit.

There you go, now you're focusing on the right thing. Spelling doesn't matter when food is involved.

Green peppers are just red, yellow and orange peppers before the ripen. When Green the seem to be way more "sharp". They are more mellow when ripened and take a less intense position in flavor. I bet cabbage would bake up awesome. Take a pic of the end product; sounds good.
