Well it would be swapping cars. You pay $12950 and I pay whatever for the car that I am getting. Basically, whatever you are paying has to pay off the rest of what I owe and you would get whatever amount you would sell your car for that you can do what you want with (like put it directly on the loan. There's your discount).

Russ' looks freaking sweet but I don't think the bank will swing with it because of the miles on it and the KBB on it compared to what he wants for it. Hamsie has an 01 with 95k miles that he is offering for 3500 which sounds like what the bank will agree with.

I dunno if it's gonna work out for him though. He said he's approved for $12k and I told him the lowest I could go is $12.4k, so he said he would try to come up with the rest one way or the other. But then there's tax, title and registration fees on top of it so I don't know if that will work for him (unless the bank is saying $12k plus all the other stuff).
