Nopi Nationals In September

I go to this show every year with some friends, i was thinking it would be a good idea to have a zx2 meet there and all park together in the infield. I enter my ccar every year. This coming year i plan on putting up a bug/screen room and grilling a little food. We could all park in the car club section.

i am entering the underconstruction American class, unless i have a my motor swap/paint done, most likely i wont because im getting the v6 this weekend and then im rebuilding it

80 to enter your car for saturday and sunday, you also get a passanger in free.

25 per day as a spectator, 40 per both days per person

If you have 2 people it ends up being cheaper to enter your car

ill be there. i took my right hand drive chevy cavalier about 3 years ago and won 2 place in the american class at NOPI but this year im taking my zx2 im not sure if im going to enter tho

thats kind of cool theres some cars here on teamzx2 winning trophy's in the nopi nationals, i won 2nd in 05 or 06 cant remember have to look at the trophy

i've been just about every year for the past 5-6 years. i'm going to try my best to be there this year too. i just wish my engine build would progress a little quicker.

i have been every year since 2005. i don't care what anyone says Nationals is the best show i have ever been to. i never win my class but it's still a great time.

if we can get a definite number of cars Nopi will add a ZX2 class if enough of us preregister. i have mark myers' personal e-mail address and he is very willing to make changes as long as the people show up.

Im in, my Z isnt much for show but Id definately be in an underconstruction class. lol But Ill be there. We should all definately park together though. I didnt realize there were so many Ga Z's. Where were yall last nopi? lol

Every year I went I never saw any of you guys, or many ZX2 at that. I guess I'm just not looking that hard. I'm usually around the area where they have the Drifting. Thats were the car club of mine sits.

i've never been apart of the show. the only person i have ever met at nopi is ketchup, but i have seen a few ZX2's every year (including Alemus' last year).

yeah we definitely need to get together this year. this is why i think they should require all cars to park with their make. club area and "friends" area makes it impossible to find people.

I was there but without my Z, I saw Straightupmad's Z in the parking lot. I wished I could have seen it up close. Theres a gas station right across the street from Atlanta Motor speedway. Maybe if we planned to meet up there at a specific time? That way we could all go in at one time and park together.

Yeah there is going to be a smaller show. I've known this ever since the day it was canceled, but it will not be a national event like in the past. importatlanta.com is having a lot to do with it.

Yea, I heard about it being cancelled, and moved to the GICC. I have NOPI as a friend on myspace,lol, so they send out bulletins. It doesnt sound like itll be al that bad. Wont be as good as Nopi but Id like to see them try.

Tickets for Saturday are $30. I'd be interested in driving down there for the day on Saturday and seeing the show but not entering the Z in the show.
