I would like to know/see how people fit 6x9s in the rear 4x6 home. i went out and tried today and thought i would ask before i cut anything. can you hang themfrom the bottom? i have a 6 cd changer that might get in the way. thamks in advanced

The OEM rear deck speakers are an odd 6X8 size, not 5X7 not 6X9. There are some universal 6X8, 6X9 speakers that bolt in.

well the 6x9s that have nearlly enough room to fit? i could swear the ones in the back are 4x6

6x8 My component set is 6x8. Have you tried mounting them from the bottom of the deck?

i think thats what im gonna do just have to take out the six disc changer for enough room to work. I wanted to see if other people did this and how.
