What have been people's experiences with this company?

I'm a bit frustrated with them. I ordered a set of struts, end links, and a shifter knob on June 3rd. I received the end links and shifter knob within two weeks, but no word on the struts. Communication has been nil. I've made several phone calls and sent a few e-mails and have yet to get an answer back. The only communication I've had from them is an e-mail from the initial order.
I finally got a hold of a guy the other night, but he said that he wasn't at the office and couldn't look into my order at the time. He did say struts sometimes are on back order.
I don't mind waiting for a back order, but I think the company should let the customer know whats going on and at least answer an e-mail or phone message.

Starting to wish I would have ordered some where else.

Anyone else have these issues or this out of character for them?

I talked with Rob on the phone a couple days ago.

He is having issues with his e-mail, so a phone call to either him or the warehouse should do the trick.

Rob is a busy guy and I've found is rarely in the office so you'll probably have better luck calling the warehouse. (lower number on website)

back when i had my Z to the X ,i ordered from him, with no problems , but he is a busy guy and therefor hard to get a hold of. but rob can do no wrong. just keep calling .

Yea zxtuner can be hard at times. I have ordered stuff from there and frankly might be done since it's to slow on shipping and communication. Took me 4 months to get my CF hood. With this hundreds of phone calls and finding out they shipped it wrong the first time(first hood). So the second hood finally got shipped and I got it. I dunno my experience. Nice guy and happy what he has brought to the community but thats about it.

When did you order the ODP? It says it has been backordered on the site for a couple of weeks now. Does he have them at all?

Lucky dog!! The fact that it was backordered kept me from ordering the udp....I wanted to do both udp and odp at the same time. Luckily, I just got in on the Powder pulley group buy. So all I have to do now is wait for an odp. Either somebody to sell one, Powder to make his, or zxtuner to actually get some in.

yeah he gets busy sometimes. but he always comes thru.

although... all of my orders from him have come in within a very reasonable time frame *knock on wood* lol.

hes a good guy and has helped out the community alot but sometimes its best to allow some buffer time on things.

I ordered the odp from zxtuner in april and its going to be july in a week and i still havn't got it in... needless to say i have called and emailed him but i need to call him again its been awhile that ive been waiting for this part.

Ive ordered the Mac pulley, with fast delivery time, and the rearsway bar and front strut bar. The strut bar and sway bar were supposed to come together but somehow the sway bar wasnt in the box. He had the shipping weight and it said the strut bar and sway bar were together in the box when he shipped it. After a few email conversations he sent me another one free of charge. He's defineatly a good guy, but is hard to get in touch with.
