is it possibel to wire up megasquirt for my v6 swap but keep my factory pcm wired up so i dont have tons of rewiring.

Can i just wire up the megasquirt up to the K series motor? Or does it need some signals from the factory wiring?

It doesn't need anything from the factory pc.

It will work, its been done to alot of v6 probes.. I bet you could find a plug n play megasquirt. Search the probe forums.

are the megasquirts still available? i was looking at getting one of those last summer, but now i can't even find them.

so pretty much i wire up the motor to the megasquirt and then run a power source to the megasquirt ,thats hot only when the car is running.

I just think it would be better than using the factory v6 ecu and engine harness on a jdm motor and having all the wiring that wheyums had,
