6x8s or 5x7s for Rear Deck

And does the brand name really make the difference? The Alphasonik's are cheaper than the MA Audio's but have twice the RMS rating. Are the Alphasonik's any good or would sticking with a more reputable name be better?

Alphasonik is competition grade. They are only sold through dealers, unlike MA Audio. Alphasonik can be found in a lot of SQ competition cars. I have a huge buy-in with them so I get them cheaper.

I would either go with the Alphasonik or the PowerBass over the MAs.

If I went with the Alpha's, would I have to worry about under-powering them?

For right now, I'm only going to be pushing 22 RMS with my Kenwood KDC-MP4032, but I'd like to think about putting an amp in later on and a woofer with an amp even later...

Basically I need something that is going to be able to handle a thumping bass out of just my headunit for now and be prepared to handle an amp later on.

So which Powerbass or Alphasonik? lol

EDIT: Also, what would shipping to Baltimore MD 21286 be? Would it be cheaper to use a business address or would it be the same as residential?

I would go with the Alphasoniks. They hold lots of power and are very clean. Not to say the PowerBass are bad, but the Alphas allow "more" wiggle room when it comes time for an amp.

I typically ship USPS Priority. I believe its the same whether its bus. or resi.

Bad news, my distributer has stopped carrying Alphasonik. Its a great product but because of the high demands, AS couldn't keep up with demand from my wholesaler. They were always backordered, so they have dropped them. Sorry....
