I had just over $240 sent to him, plus a brand new HotShot intake, door panels (with new Pioneer speakers), rear deck (with new Pioneer Speakers) and some other stock parts. All together, it was well over $500 in cash AND new parts, along with stock parts.

Never heard a thing back from him. I have all the emails still to prove he got everything too!

I received 1 money order. I received a few paypal deposits. If he did send that second money order that he was talking about he should probably check into it...because I never got it.

In this matter I am keeping it until I hear something further. I have 2 friends checking on the statute of limitations for internet fraud. Seeing how long you have before you can't do anything about internet fraud. A lot of crimes it's 1 year, but Im sure with Internet Fraud, it's 3 years from last happening. Which means I could take him to small claims court!!!

I didn't want to get involved in this. But I have personally dealt with swedevil before, and never had any issues. He actually went out of his way when something (that neither of us could control) came up.

The point of the matter is, had he done what he said he would do none of this would have happened. It is a shame, he had some good pieces, and I was going to order some. But thankfully I didn't.

Had he done what he needed to do nothing of this sort would even be an issue. And that is the bottom line. It already sounds like he is trying to BS you on saying the Cj said it was all good. That clinches it for me.

To be frankly honest, I don't have to prove anything to you b-rad. My beef was with Arden. I never meant to raise a fuss on the site, just asking what ever happened with it. If Arden wants the proof, tell him to contact me. I can look into fraud with CJW, but let me ask you this:
You ever let someone "Person A" borrow a movie, Game, tools, hell even your gay porn? So Person A has your stuff and lends it to Person B. All of a sudden it's missing. Person A is responsible for paying you back, NOT Person B. If Person A wants to get Person B to pay him back, thats fine, HOWEVER - If I let Person A borrow my shit, He's responsible for it - NO MATTER WHAT!!!

Same concept, Arden should've stood up and taken care of his shit himself, NOT had CJW do it.

I'll admit, he had some of the best and most wanted parts this site has ever seen, and the prices were WONDERFUL... and maybe if you took his nuts off your chin for a second, you'ld realize that he has NO MANHOOD or RESPONSIBILITY. When you take money, you either give the product of the money back.

I wish him well in life and hope to not see him in small claims court. However, I have receipts for the speakers from crutchfield.com and emails confirming our deal. If you and he want to raise the bar and laugh at me (or anyone else for that matter) I'll make sure to get the last laugh. I don't want to have to take him to small claims, I would've loved to get JUST the money back. I actually have a 16month old daughter that I could put that money towards.

I also purchased something of someone quite some time ago, who later scammed someone. I didn't stand up for him at all, because what he did was wrong.

Arden has hardly made an attempt to rectify anything. I think that at the very least an email to each person saying "Hey, sorry about that. I bit off more than I could chew" would help out a great deal.

I never told Kyle everything was ok or taken care of. I never received the second money order which was promised. The list of people owed and paid back was lost with the old site...I had no reason to personally document anything because it was not my problem. I was just trying to help my friend and my site mutually. It is the reason I never gave his phone number out or any of his personal information.

Over the past year my phone has broke 3 times and throughout that, losing his phone #, and losing the site's database...it had become impossible for me to help anymore. Everything I had gotten, with the exception of the 50 I kept for myself to pay back the iceman I sent him and carbon I paid for, was given to those who were owed.

I'm not going to pay off someone else's debt. I liked Kyle. I thought he was a good friend. I don't value our friendship that much though.

Why would I keep records of something I have no responsibility for. I keep records of my dealings and my personal business. My records for Kyle's ordeal were done on the forum...which crashed. It was all done in a section called "Arden Situation" which was hidden to everyone not involved.


Being an admin has nothing to do with why I was trying to get this worked out. I am not responsible for anyone getting screwed by anyone on here. I was trying to make it right so my friend would be welcomed back without being labeled a scammer. Looking back I would have rather just passed out his name, address, phone number, IP, and relatives names. I have entirely too much time into a situation which should have been super easy to fix.

actaully I agree with brad on this one, because Carl excepted payments from Arden to resolve disputes. His duty once he took that responsibility on was to insure everyone (not just some) get a full refund. And also because Carl relied on Vit to properly host the site. Its also his duty to document or back up everything that is needed incase a "shut down, or crash happens " (just as much as it is the host responsibilty to offer services good as rendered) . Because this was not done, with no back up documents, proof of who was paid and who wasn't. Basicly Arden (kyle) is scott free. Regaurdless of those who have said "i didn't get paid" because no one can prove where what money went to. Its a done deal.

I also fully believe that Carl did recieve 1 money order. I have no reason to not believe that. But I have several reasons to believe Arden didn't send a second MO. I know if I was sending that amount of money, I would send it with a a tracking number and a signature verification form.

Not only that, if Arden did infact send a MO, he should have the reciept as proof. Unless it too was "misplaced".

I still find it hard to believe that he doesn't have access to a computer with internet. Especially since b-rad lives fairly close to him. Why can't Arden go to Brad's house? Why can't Arden go the Library and use thier computers? Why can't he go to ANY friends house? Plus its fishy how b-rad claims that himself and Arden went through the emails. Wouldn't this mean that he had internet access??

To be honest, I have nothing to prove to anyone on this site. It is not my job to prove to anyone here that ARDEN/Kyle stole from me. I have emails that are being used as evidence if I am able to take him to small claims court. Is it my job to post that evidence all over the internet so anyone can have it? No. It is my job to provide that evidence in a Court so the judge can make a ruling on it. If Arden wants to talk about it, that's fine. He can email me when HE gets online.

I emailed him two times asking about my stuff and he never responded. I hadn't contacted him since becuase it's pointless to ask a person to resolve a matter if you are looking into taking it to the next level. He refused to resolve the matter before and I believe that contacting him now would be a waste of my time and effort.

Carl had a section on the last site that showed how much he received and he updated it with who he was sending money to. These people were even replying saying they got their money. I have no reason to believe that Carl went through and forced people to reply saying they were receiving money, which means they really did get it.

He was crossing people off the list and updating us everytime he talked to Arden about it. Arden seemed to really care that he screwed some people over and wanted to fix the problem. After the crash, no one heard from him again. When I emailed him, as I said, he never responded.

Do I believe that he can show you a list of emails and say "see nothing here", Yes, because it's easy to delete a message and say it never happened. However, he can't contest something when it is showed that he sent numerous emails claiming he was receiving the merchandise and money.

I do think that the Mods should've jumped in and slowed the name calling and all, but that has nothing to do with him screwing people over 2 years ago, does it? Nor does someone saying "look, I'll help you out a little". Just becuase Carl offered to help him, DOES NOT mean that he was in the clear. If I sent someone a product or money, you better believe I have a way of tracking it. I'm going through that with DOHC V6 right now. He never got a money order I sent, so I am having the Post Office track it down - WITH a tracking number that I had and the receipt. That way I am in the clear and THEY have to cover the price of it if it's missing.

Also, would us emailing him do any good? He doesn't have internet, so us trying to contact him would once again be pointless, that's the conclusion you are leading us to. You speaking FOR him is commonly done, but normally it's by someone that wants to resolve a matter or is offering payment - such as a defendent with an attorney. Are you his personal attorney? If not, why are you speaking for him?

Once again, I know he had good deals on here, that is a mute point. The matter at hand is that these transactions DID NOT turn out well for the buyers. I think the buyers are the only ones that have a right to be in here discussing this. However, there isn't much we can discuss, because HE wont discuss with us. He is claiming that Carl told him everything was taken care of, can he provide proof of that. That would be the only way that blame would shift from him to Carl. If he can't provide that evidence, then the blame is still most deffinately on Arden.

The second money order was supposed to be for around 400...so even then it wouldn't have covered everything.

The judge would dismiss a case with evidence provided? That doesn't happen. Both parties ahve the right to present a case. Evidence is shown (emails can be used as evidence)

Being that the bans were handed out, I'm sure this thread will die down. I have a strong feeling that Brae Eagle is connected to Arden. Especially after he said he's been here a few months and knows what happened and the whole story. Then trying to stand up for him and he obviously knew nothing.

It still blows my mind how arden didnt pay the money back but feels that he is off the hook? I dont believe anyone told him that. i think him and is 'friends' are just trying to say that. And either him and/or his friends have posted in this thread, its apparent. And im sure if he hasnt, he is reading ALL of this.

I just hope all the bull shit is left out of this thread and everything gets handled in the best way possible and everyone gets there money back

Ok, I think everyone should drop this thread. I am a friend of Arden and I am not posting on here to defend him. What he did was wrong and I do not agree with the way it has been handled and personally I am a bit dissapointed in him with all this. I told him in the beginning of all this (when he came up with the idea to make parts) that he probably shouldn't do it because I don't see a good outcome, he said it would all good and there was nothing to worry about. This is where I got out of it. I do know that he was having a lot of personal issues around the time he stopped doing all this but I don't know the specifics or the reason he decided to not finish what he started.

I think you guys should stop using CJW and teamzx2 as the middle man in all this. It was a personal business venture on Arden's part with no legal affiliation to teamzx2 or any of its members. So stop trying to push this off onto other people for problems YOU can't fix. It is yours and Arden's personal responsibility to keep track of everything that has to do with the sales. That means saving your PM's to email, saving phone numbers, asking for receipts, addresses of people you need to contact and keep all records etc etc. For those of you that feel you've been let down and ripped off, it's half your fault if you don't have the evidence proving you were wronged.

What I think you should do, the guys that have proof they were wronged, need to get together on a PERSONAL basis to figure out a solution yourselves. Should you choose to take it up in small claims court that is fine but stop putting this off onto other people expecting to see some result. Arden should accept responsibility for what he has done and I don't think it's right for him to have ran from the situation.

Also, do not ask me for any personal favors in this matter, I will not get involved because this had nothing to do with me in the first place.
