I've had the mx-3 seats in my car for a couple months now and I find them uncomfortable. I've had a sore ass the last few days. Has anyone else encountered this?

I've been pondering putting in Zx2 seats into my car. Even though the mx-3 seats are made by recaro, I find them to be uncomfortable..

my leather '02 seats were better than my stock 98 seats, but I've been using a recaro for the last few weeks and it isn't much different

Well I have leather in my 2000 ZX2 but when driveing accrossed country in My 1991 Escort GT I had recaros and after driveing all day my back and my ass started to hurt. but I think I found the solution. Im a bit bigger, about 240 pounds and I Found something I call Recaros For fat people. LOL check them out. they are super comfy and still support your sides like the recaros. This one from a 1992 Protege. I need to find a driver side one in decent condition and have them reupholstered

The stock leathers in mine wern't bad. Uncomfortable for anything more than an hour trip. Going to the racaros helped out alot for me. Granted I have short stubby legs, and torso height. So I needed a bit more head room anyways.

The seats in my eclipse feel comparable to the recaros, I made it non stop to canada and had no issues. However I have yet to make that trip in the Z

Only time I get a sore ass is when I forget to take my wallet out and stick it in the cubby. Some reason, even when there's nothing in it, the wallet = pain.

I am in the process of completing a hybrid seat set.

A ZX2 bottom with MX-3 seat rails and back/head support. They are quite comfortable for me and sit rather nice. I'm just having a hard time deciding on what to recover them with....
