Summer Time plans for the zx2

What is everybody doing to their Z this summer?

I want to get a OBX header.

Id also really like a wings west kit and some more power adder mods.

I'll probably wash it, then polish and wax it. I really can't do much more to it without doing something like rebuilding the endine or adding a turbo.

I plan to complete my head build and install a number of parts that I've collected; 3" MMI, powder's UDP, rear disc brakes, strut tower bar, 150mph speedo, and a few other items.

I also plan to get:
-Kamikaze header
-FC 65mm TB
-Tokico struts
-Progress or Sprint springs (not 100% sure yet)
-Window tint (~30%)
-TWM
-A couple more Defi gauges
-Dyno tuned w/ SCT

I also have some items that I want to get powdercoated. I think that's it. lol.

I love my TWM shifter, its well worth the price.

I love my TWM shifter, its well worth the price.
IIRC, the reason that many consider them to be "better" is because they cost a lot less. I think the drop is about the same. I'll see what I can dig up for info. Thanks for the suggestion.

fly wheel, clutch, diff, pads/discs, new rims and tires, sort shifter, functional hood scoop with the air box im making, move battery, strut bar, and hopeuflly get to drive it!!!!

Fuel system:
60lb siemen injectors (<need these), SVT fuel pump, STR fuel rail

Lighting
Quad bi-xenon audi A6/RS6 projectors or maybe 2 of those and 2 Chrysler crossfire projectors retroffited to my headlights will hopefully be started and finished this summer...

Tuning
Getting an LXQ1 PCM...already have SCTX2, getting thr pro racer package already installed on a labtop and an LM1 wideband 02 sensor next week :)

Getting parts for the GT28RS turbo build put together as well... won't have it all by this summer probably, unfortunatley :(

I have a lot of stuff that needs to go on the car. Hopefully I will be getting a catback exhaust put on this week(including the Borla muffler I already have) and then I can do my Kami. I am getting a bored tb that I will install the same time as my JohnP IM. I have a sunroof to replace the broken one that the dealer added. Once this is done I am going to install the S/R seat covers I have. Also parts I have that need to go on: ODP, rear tie bar, fuel pump, and WW front lip.

That is a perfect summary of what I did to my car in the last 2 weeks. Only thing left is the dents. Maybe SCT in a month or so. Also want to get the WW spoiler put on

I'm going to be putting on the Hotshot header we have sitting around. I'm still debating whether or not I want to try the FRIM....

Step one will be to rewire the audio system and get rid of annoying engine noise. Secondly I need the get the Ksport coilovers since my adjustabl struts are dead and no longer made. Maybe I will also install a motot mount insert on whichever one is compatibel with the ATX.
