First, thanks to all those that helped me out since last night..

Finally, as of around noon today, I got my conversion done.

Fronts got: SS lines, ZXTuner slotted/plated rotors, Hawk HPS pads, painted the calipers.

Rears got: EGT rear disc hubs and spindles, refurbed calipers/painted, SS lines, ZXTuner slotted/plated rotors, Hawk HPS pads, spacers cut from EGT control arms, and NAPA ebrake cables.

I didn't paint or do anything to the spindles obviously.. Spacer fits nicely.

Okay now on to my questions..
1)When driving I can hear one or more of the rotors scraping on the pads.. Will this go away as it wears in or does that mean something is wrong?

2)I now have used old rear drums/hubs/spindles, ebrake cables, and rotors that I need to get rid of. What is the proper way to do this?

With new rotors/pads you will hear them scuff till they bed in . Did you adjust the rear caliper properly ? Turn the rotor while turning the adjusting screw , when you HEAR the pad scuff STOP , back it off just a hair . The rear calipers well self adjust every time you pull the E-Brake on .

I still have the rear drum assembly/spindles in the cabinet , 8K miles on them , still new from the ' 98 swap. You could clean them up , maybe sell them , look around somebody might be able to use them .

Off topic, but I'm glad to see that JohnP is respected around here (his post count)
