I was tipped off to buy a source for a couple extra vacuum inserts. I was just wondering how many of you are running these and if the one I found is ok?

Thanks.

A friend of mine was telling me about these. Said theyd help clear up the engine bay bay routing all of the vaccuum lines to one place. What exactly is the true purpose for these, and is it only for turbo applications? Sorry for the thread jack.

Well yah it's for turbo. Blow off Valve, boost gauge, and whatever else might require vacuum.

Hows it hooked up? Everything goes to it, then one line to the intake mani?

Are you guys having issues with not having spots for stuff?

Looks to me just another spot (or spots) for boost leaks. I'd stick with the fitting you already have.

Like on the back of the intake manifold? Is there enough for both a BOV and a boost gauge?

if there's not you can run your boost gauge inline with your bov.

I had my BOV line T off from my boost gauge , wasn't applying enough vacuum for the BOV and not reading vacuum correctly. I ended up doing this , you will have a direct single line for each part that needs a good vacuum which can be a lot for a turbo applications. I've boost tested these and they don't leak , put some thread sealer on the nipples and you'll be good, i'd trust nipples to hose connections better then T's. I believe it's a 5/8" main vacuum line to the block and you distribute from the block to parts.
