No it won't. Same friends car 3 different drivers, my zx2 beat it by a fender each time from 0-100. Stock '03 pcm even.

Which brings me to the reason he modded his SI... to beat me. He never did and i only had my pulley, an intake and an ngp0 in the end.

zx2's just werent meant to be NA cars they need a turbo but then they still cant break into the 12's with a turbo i am NA in my integra and i spank your subi wrx stage2.. my point exactly alot of guys on here tend to not realize what other cars especially hondas are capable of. They beat 1 stock civic and think they can beat everything.. I never said there the fastest car ever and that a zx2 will never beat 1 i just have seen and done some testing and came to the conclusion that the dohc vtec's are faster than a dohc ztec. if you dont agree than whatever like i said krux and dusty i will put money on the line this weekend if you want to run some cars..

I think a lot of people realize potential of Honda's. The 1.6L engines are dogs imo though. You are comparing a car that has engine swaps, head swaps/interchangeability, and thousands (and i do mean thousands) of companies that make aftermarket parts for them, to a car that has nothing easily accessable. You're not realizing it either.

Oh and to set the record straight, i own an Integra so i don't hate Hondas. Your claim that a stock LS w/ just an exhaust will beat a stock zx2 however, is pretty much a drivers race, w/ the zx2 having the edge.

lets see i have 1,100 into my headwork and that includes pnp head and intake mani,,, cams,intake mani, injectors, fuel rail, cam gears, and valve train, and about 900 into crank pistons and rods, I built it myself so i didnt have to pay someone.. so thats the basics now that doesnt include all the bs shit like clutch and flywheel, head gaaket, intake mani hondata gasket, chipped ecu, moroso oil pan and all the little things looks like around 3,000 give or take a few..why??

well dusty was a man and showed up. and once again I proved I was right, the b16 with intake header and exhaust beat the zx2 with intake, header, powder udp, pots, knocker mod,.. This wasnt even a close race he took him by at least 2 lengths and he was still pulling.. would have been about 159whp and 183ft/lbs by my figuring......a little over 1% difference is not that much.

ok sorry this is that calculation we did to come up with these numbers 161/1.15 is exactly 140 and 185/1.15 is exactly 160 we did the same calculation with over 10 different cars on the same dynos and the same day..

my car put down 236hp on a dynojet aand only 200hp on a mustang.. same day same mods


my cousins integra put down 262hp on a dynojet dyno and only 230hp on a mustang dyno same day same mods

and my friends car put down 415hp on a dynojet and only 350hp on a mustang duno same day same mods..

there has been plenty more including a few evo's and sti's but i dont have copies of there dyno sheets..

as you can see the higher the hp the more it is off..

your right there is no correct 1.. but with that being said you can not claim you make more power than another person unless you dyno on the same dyno.. and yes the 2.0l ztec engines do make great torque for a 4cyl no one said they didnt..
