I saw it Saturday night. The girlfriend and I liked it, as did my other two friends who were there. Will Smith is a pretty talented guy. Not over-the-top, but kinda subtle and I think that's what makes him so good.

I went last night with the wife, her uncle and his friend. We all enjoyed it. The previews gave away a lot, but not enough to spoil the movie. There was a lot of unexpected stuff. I think this will be GREAT on bluray with the HT gimmick. The bass when he lands and breaks stuff should be great :).

I'd watch it again but only the first half. The theme shift was ridiculous. It was almost as if they took two different movies cut them in half and combined them. The second half could have been good, but not paired with the first half.

I guess I'm the only one that thinks that?

Although, other than that, yeah, anything he's in is good.


I really want to see Hancock, but my husband is very anti-movie going.....so guess I'll be waiting until it makes it to DVD, lol.

i liked it .. the mid movie shift was a lil strange.. looked like it was heading the way of I am legend.. which I HATED!! . liked that movie.. hated the ending.. but like how the y twisted it again in Hancock.. definatly DVD worthy.. thoguht it was kinda odd not to have hyped up the Charlize Theron angle

I was surprised at that too. I thought she was a pretty big actress, and didn't even know she was in it until the credits were rolling.

overall I'd give it 8 out of 10, could have been a little better. I didn't like the ending. But I'd watch it again.
