What spark plugs r u using? Motorcraft are the best to use, Although some members swear by NGKs as well. Personally, I stick with the stocker Motorcrafts. Is there oil on the plugs?

are you sure the coil you put on is good? either that or 1/2 the coil is not getting the signal to fire.

Try swapping the ECU. Not sure why, but Scort had a problem with only 3 of his plugs firing. We changed the computer and it solved the problem.

yep... it was really weird but that was the problem the ecu was just fried... some way or another.
however i think that plug wasn't firing because it was being fouled out by the open injector... dont think the ecu had anything nto do with the actuall spark...

so in saying that do u smell unburnt gas?

so wait i kinda read but did you already change your coilpack? because you actually have two coils in our coil packs

Coils or ECU
Check the wiring also. Power and signal to the coils is a good start.

You shouldn't have power to all three coil wires at the connector. The center wire is power and the other two are ground wires that the PCM uses to fire the coils.
