I'll be doing a navigational rally event in the zx2 next week and figured I should probably grab some mud flaps as I'll mostly be on gravel to prevent damage to the body.
Now i've never bought mudflaps before. Are there any cars that I could take the flaps off of that would bolt on directly to the zx2? I don't even know if the bolting is universal or not...
Regardless, I have access to a ton of older escorts gt's etc with flaps at the local junkyard. So I'd rather not buy new.

zx2's came with molded mudflaps that you can probably find at a junk yard. alot of zx2's came with them.

I think only the 98's came with the molded mud flaps.

Thought I remember reading on the old site a thread listing all years and options for those years that the 98 was the only year with OEM mud flaps. I could be wrong or there could be a difference in the flaps.

If you'll be running on gravel , just get some cheap rubber flaps , you can take them off when your done running . You need something a little wider then the ABS stock splash guards .

It'd have to get here this week or else I'm screwed... I don't trust shipping companies enough to work on a schedule :P

It's not whether they're "ghey" or not, it's so my body doesn't get stoned to death by an angry crowd of flying gravel.
