Speed sensor

Does the SR run a different speed sensor then the rest of the MTX ZX2s, or is that all ran by the ECU? The reason I am asking is because I plan to go to the SR tire size in the future, and would like to keep my speedo dead on.

The speed sensor is calibrated to a certain tire size. You have to keep the same overall tire diameter when you switch over to the larger rim (i.e. run a lower profile tire)

The sensor is the same. The tires have a slight difference, but are very close. Depending on wear or the rubber, it can go either way.
