You need to take your front bumper off, then you will see all of the bolts, minus two. The last two are in between the door and fender. I think there are two at the bottom of the fender, but I don't think anything has to come off to see those.. if it does, it is just a heat shield.

There are 2 underneath the fender and yes they need to come off.
Like 2 from fener to front bumper behind headlight inside the fender. Then 2 on the bottom of the fender. and like 3 on top under the hood. And one or 2 inside the door jam.

remove your inner fenders, there are a few push clips in them , three 7mm /phillips screws in the fender lip, and one up top by the strut, a 10mm below the front, take out the 10mm/phillips screw on each corner of the, bumper now use a long extension and a 10mm there is one nut (from the header panel) and 2 bolts that hold the bumper on, once bumper is off, there is a 10mm on the bottom front of the fender, 2 at the bottom rear, 3 under the hood , and one that only needs to be loosened on the back, (open your door you will see it)

I know the bolts need to come off. Lol. I didn't know if the splash guards needed to come off.
