Ok, so the I finally (actually Dropdatscort) found where the oil was shooting out of. It is the seal on top of the valve cover where the VCT is, the circle thing. Is there a replacement gasket or will some RTV do the trick? I went to advanced and they didn't have anything so I didn't know if it was Ford exclusive or if it was rtv or what. Any ideas where I can get it? I have been low on oil for quite some time (I just keep adding some) so I'd like to fix this tomorrow on my day off. Thanks guys.

A new seal from Ford is best, and is pretty cheap.
But RTV will work fine. Clean everything well, and give it time to set up, and then a little more.

Ok cool. My spare VC is getting powder coated right now, so I'll probably just RTV it for now and pick up a spare gasket to go on with the new VC. Thanks mech!

You could just remove the VCT solenoid and put a plug in the cover.
