[ZX2 Sleeper]

Alright story starts off as me being 16 and almost time for me to look for a car. It's right after christmas and there's a white ZX2 loaded with all the options and it's waiting to get some body work done by my dad. Well we talked to the guy and he said I could buy it. So my parents drove it until I was 17 and as of July 2nd it was mine.

July 2nd- I installed an insane sound system-Rockford Fosgate AMP(1500 watts) powered by 2 -12 inch Kenwoods and then finished off with a Kenwood Head unit.

Fall '06-I then add some vinyl to be like my brother's ZX2 and then I have the keeman intake. Followed after that I get the Pacesetter exhaust.

January-February 07- I get my 4-2-1 header and some time after that i acquire an AEM CAI from a hyundai Tiburon.

Then for a while i stayed Ricer and rocked out with my ghetto lift and let my high school gf's take me over.... Oh and i tint out my tails sometime later.


January 08'- I get a set of S/r struts and drop my car 2 inches on megan racing springs and then i do my own A/c Delete and then install my Esslinger UDP and then the Accord Mirrors

May 08' I then bought a Buddy club body Kit.

June 08'- I install the buddy club front and rock it unpaint until after carlisle all ford nationals.

Then I rattle can the front because i cracked it at the show and IDC about using my good paint on a shitty bumper.

Then me and my dad install the side skirts and rear bumper

Then I hack my exhaust and roll around with just a 4-2-1 header and a spun cat into a cherry bomb glass pack which is directly under the middle of the car(loud)

And here I am now...

Im still waiting for the car to get painted some...

Turbo'ed with as much boost as my tiny turbo can handle.
Built block, PnP head, SCT Xcal and blah blah blah. Planted with a MSP LSD.

Get a better turbo.

Compressor side looks adequete but the turbine side looks super itty bitty.

Last time I was at the junkyard in Piscataway there was a turboed Volvo IIRC that still had everything in it. Dunno if you'd be interested. I think there were a couple turbos lying around

Thanks matt, i'll keep that in mind. I believe on of my friends have a spare t3 for me. :) .

As for it not being a sleeper anymore.. it will be once i get it turbo'd. With all the rice in my area... NO ONE WOULD exspect it.

The Borla still isn't installed, i've been too lazy... But i did manage to break a few things...

I cracked the front in the beginning of june and i finished it off the week of the 7th at the county fair!

No fear!!!! It works for Nascar and ZX2's!!! It will be fixed to perfection come the next couple of weeks when the ZX2 gets painted. 200 mph tape ftw!!!

That's fiberglass for ya!But it's also been off the car for 2 weeks so therefore it has all this time to lose it's shape. If that makes sense. Matt when are you giving me your bumper. Lol, this bumper is too pretty to see snow!!! EVER!

yeah, we both have the same exact crack. My dad was cursing when he was fixing the bumper. He reinforced the problem areas to prevent future cracks and now it looks PERFECT! The bumper looks 10 times better now that it is painted with nice paint. Next i have to ask my dad to buff/polish the existing paint because it needs some TLC!

Today i received my 21mm rear sway bar and i also bought a set of 15" rota slipstreams in black. Not sure if i wanna repaint them silver or not! I also have been acquiring more turbo parts!!!
