What would happen if laws were written and passed to induce people to make good choices rather than outlaw bad behavior ??
Behavioral lawmaking (http://money.cnn.com/2008/07/24/magazines/moneymag/105711588.moneymag/index.htm?postversion=2008072405)
In some ways it makes sense, but it also sounds very scary when laws are written to manipulate behavior, rather than outlaw bad behavior while allowing freedom of choice within the bounds.
