So yeah this car is the love of my life. I dont see myself not buying another zetec. Im mad they dont make them anymore. or do they? New focus's i think have that PZEI or whatever 2.0L engine.

Hey guys, Im in andover ct. Im looking for a 5 speed for my 2000 zx2. You guys know how to install them? I need help bad. Once I find one, I need to do it. Im not sure if its the whole tranny or just the clutch, but either way, dont know how to do it....can pay in food drinks and cash. Let me know, Thanks, Bull.

Hey Jeffnis9 , just wanted to say thank you! i say you pulling this tranny not to long ago, didnt know it was you at the time but, you did alot of work for me :). this is the exact car i am taking the motor out of for my project. was looking at the pics and i was like jackstands rims, green car no tranny, looks like the one at vinces then i saw it, you siad vinces i was like wow its a small world! i live in the utica area i know a little about cars if you ever need any help hit me up.

I might be able to help one of these weekends. Im pretty good with cars. I just dont know where Andover is. Although I think there is a 5 speed tranny at chuck and eddies in southington. Im heading over there tomorrow and Ill check it out for ya. Get mileage and what not.

I am still waiting on my title from the DMV so I can register my z. Once that happens I would be glad to meet up with you guys .. Im in Newington , just off the pike.

dude! Real small world! lol ... But just to let you know .. i cut the throttle cable. by accident ... and i cut a couple wires off .... its a u pull lol .. i pulled it out haha ..but yeah good luck dude! hope that engine runs good! I hope the transmission isnt bad lol. you can never know untill you get it home! lol
