Just wondering, anyone have any ideas what kind of ballpark gains to expect from the "hi-torque II" intake cam on zxtuner?

It depends on your mods really. If you have a free flowing intake and exhaust, a new cam will get you more than just slapping it on a stock Z. That said, it would probably be somewhere around 10 or so ponies.

On a stock car, you will get some gain.
On a modified car with tuning, a lot more.
