For anyone who wants to drag race, La Crosse Speedway is having open drag races. All you need is a car,and $10 ($5 for the pit pass and $5 to race in whatever class you qualify for) If you want to race more than one class you can It's just $5 per class, and $5 to buy back in if you lose. You can bring almost any car or truck you want, they don't really inspect them. There is almost no effort to separate cars by power, and I recommend eating before you go because food down there is way overpriced. The race is August 8 (Friday) I think it starts at 6 (doesn't really matter you can show up a little early or a little late) and goes till whenever. The drag strip is the front straight away on the 1/2 mi track. and the track is in West Salem WI.
