The one for $140 shipped on ebay might work for you. It's a knock off of the OBX 4-2-1. It has the two inch collector but I'm sure you of all people wouldn't have trouble cutting the 2-1 collector down and welding a 2.5" extension and flange on.

It's SS as well. Food for thought.
