I basically need to know why there are 3 wires coming off the module for "locking", 3 wires coming off the module for ''unlocking'', and then 2 more wires coming off of it for ''trigger'' positive and ''trigger'' negative.
Where the hell do all these wires go? Everything else I can figure out but I need to know why are there 8 different wires for lock and unlock?

Many of todays car electric door locks use a 3 wire system. Some use 2 and few use 1. Point being, don't worry about it too much. The lock and unlock wires allow the installers to wire it using reverse polarity options if they need to. If you don't need them, just put crimp caps on the ends. The +- trigger wires are for added features. Someone may wire in thier trunk poper. Some require a positive trigger, others require a negative trigger.

So out of the 6 lock/unlock wires, i'm only going to use 2 of them? And for the trigger wires I don't need to worry about? The keyless is an aftermarket system. However, my brother has the same one and I got under his dash and I see which 2 wires are spliced into. That's why I ask if I'm only going to use the 2 lock/unlock wires and if they matter which ones?

It shouldn't matter.
