CT Check In/ Aug-Sept meets?

Alright so its been years since I've been on this site. I met a couple of folks but its been along time. Im from CT and I was trying to find some other gear heads in the area. Where ya at? Also are there any meets going on in august or september?

Well we could do something like have a bunch of people meet on the berlin turnpike. It is central CT and there is a ton of cars that go down there. Im pretty sure anyone around the Newington/Berlin Area knows what I am talking about. They have a hooters there , and we could meet up there for a little bit. Although it would be better than if 2 people show up .

i would come over from RI... If you get ahold of russ he might too as well as some mass guys. You just got to get everthing set in stone with reasonable time for people to plan for it and post it everywhere.

I can't do that weekend. My baby shower and all the final preparations are going on that weekend.

well then we obviously aare not going to have a meet then it is way too hard to fit into everyone schedule i am in virginia on 14th so if you want to come on 21st then let me know if you cant make it then maybe next time nike is coming up from florida he is a moderator here for those of you whom dont know him we will be working on hood and air intakes for my show car so i dont mind having others around .capital you should get all the guys that cvame to your place to make the run it would be nice for you all to see the car 1st hand..so let me know who is coming and like i said if you cant make that date then we can hook up some other time

Rooster, we still down to do my suspension if I buy it from you? Definitely plan to buy it, but just wondering if we can set up a plan to actually do it up. I don't have the garage set up, nor all my tools out of boxes from my move. So if anyone that's comin' knows the suspension on these cars, and feels like helpin me out, I'd be much appreciative, and toss a 6-pack your way!

Alright. Nobody has posted anything in a while, but the meet is still on. We plan to meet @ Roosters house at 10am, and we'll go until we decide we can't look @ one another any longer. The Simsbury fly-in is tomorrow which is an old school air show. There will be numerous old planes to check out, as well as a few Ferrari's, and some other cars. Should be a pretty good time. Afterwards, we will go to Roosters garage to check out the show car, maybe work on it a little. Should be a good time. Gives us a good chance to check out each others cars, and share ideas, etc. Roosters address is posted somewhere in this thread. 10 am........BE THERE!!!
