So at the junkyard today I picked up a 4-wire MAF and IAT sensor from a V6 mustang for 10 bucks. My question is how do I convert my 6-wire ZX2 to work with the 4-wire MAF and IAT sensor? Is it just a matter of matching up the wires correctly and installing the IAT on the intake tube or is it more complicated than that?

What about the incorrect metering from the different sized MAF??
You need to re calibrate the MAF, or get electronic tuning for the computer.

Unless you have a need for a larger MAF (boost, N2O, crazy cams) then there is no point to this. A larger MAF will not gain power just because it is a larger MAF.

...And your car will buck like hell if you tried driving with it if you are a stocker/minimal mods(with out a tune).
Back in the day in 06, i thought it would be cool to try putting a tauraus MAF on my car. I resulted in a huge fail.
