So I'm at a light next to an Infiniti fx35. Not sure if it was awd or rwd. I was in the right lane and he was in the left, my lane ends about 5 or 6 bus lengths past the intersection. The light turns green but I was a little slow and he got the jump without slipping on the pavement. I gave it a little to much gas off the line and now I feel bad for my diff if you know what I mean. I get traction at the top of first and shift into second, I was at his rear bumper at this point. Bye the time I was at the top of second I had to slow down anyways so I can get behind him but we were bumper to bumper. Traction is by far superior in this case as I did not have that. O well, I gave him the thumbs up and we went our separate ways.

Why are you racing people in the rain? That's when people crash man.

He got traction because he wasn't trying to race. Which is probably also the only reason you made it to his bumper, LoL.

It wasn't raining, it was wet out. lol I don't think the risk is that grate at a top speed of 50 which the speed limit was 45.

I could clearly hear his exhaust. Still it is a rwd or awd car and fwd sucks dick in the rain in this case.

I am not going to try and race when it's wet.

I was just trying to get ahead of him and he didn't want me to. I don't have a high power vehicle and nether did he and we barley went over the speed limit so I can't see the harm in that.

when the roads are "wet" is when all the oils from the road come out making the road have even less friction.

The only time I ever race is in the rain....or snow...or ice. And usually against school bus's...in school zones. With crippled children on the bus.

Me too. I find a lot of fun in it

All those wheelchairs weigh the bus down. That is an unfair advantage to you. At least ram them a few times to knock some of the chairs loose.
