As of right now this is just a feeler to see where everyone stands:

What: Big escort meet for the eastern states.

Who: All makes and models of escorts.

When: Sometime next year between July and October

Where: In one of the following states to make it fair on everyones drive and money: Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee. Unless someone knows a better place.

There hasn't been a really big meet I believe since June 2003 at the national escort meet in Dallas. I'm just trying to see if there would be a huge interest in a huge meet. It's worth a shot to try and get this going.

That's one thing i never liked about the previously planned ones. There were never central to the states so that everyone had a fair chance of getting there, even the people who lived farthest away like me. Wife and i would love to take a road trip, that would be cool, but i can't drive to the complete east coast. If you're planning an Escort meet, you may as well take up where others have failed miserably and try to make it what it should have been from the beginning.

Well the last national meet was in TX and thats not kool. It could be done from Friday till Monday. This is why its a year away. I'm going to start saving money with my girlfriend as soon as i get a new job. I was thinking an eastern meet for now until i get a huge interest from people all over that could guarantee they can make it. I don't like to fail it sucks -_-

I tried to have a huge eastern meet, and I had an OK turn out. I wanted to blow away Mike's meet but it didn't happen. Its too hard to get any of these lazy bastards organized. I doubt you will get more than 20 people, no matter how much time you give them or where its located.

I will make the drive to a central state for a meet of 20+ people, if you can get over 30 cars I'd go all of the way to the west coast.

I am having another "eastern" meet next year, but it will turn into another new york and pennsylvania meet, since no one else will make the drive.

So I missed yours.....been to Cyb's 2 years in a row.

Most everyone should be willing to drive at leat 8 hrs to attend and should be willing to get a hotel room for at least 2 nights.

I wanted to come to the NY meet, but I had just gotten finished with a 5000 mile road trip from WA to CT....if it's not too far, I'd be down. Would need some heads up though, cause I'd have to put in for time off (leave for those of you that know what that is).
