It looks hard but it is very simple:

Tools:

1. Phillips screwdriver
2. Flat head screwdriver
3. Cutter
4. Long nose pliers

Instructions:

1. Using a flat head screwdriver remove the (2) plastic small covers that are located in the driver's or passenger's power window panel.
2. You will see (2) philips screws.
3. Remove both screws.
4. Around the edges of the door pannel there are other (2) philips screws.
5. Remove each and pull the inner part w/o braking them.
NOTE: if your zx2 has power windows, do not read this step. If your zx2 has manual window cranks please this important step:
* To remove the window crank, between this part and the door panel there is a "U" clamp, it is located from the lower end (top) pushed to the buttom. Use a long nose plier and remove this clamp upwards w/o breaking it apart.
* by removing this "U" clamp you will be able to remove the door panel.
6. Pull the door panel up.
7. Make sure to diconnect your power window harness or attachment and gently remove the door panel.
8. You may work on a clean surface.
9. Flip over the door panel.
10. In the inside you will find a black type of foam that surrounds the door insert pattern.
11. Using a cutting blade and a flat head screwdriver, rip this material off.
12. Once is cleared, use a flat head screwdriver and the set of pliers to remove 5 or 6 staples that surround the door insert. Make sure all of them are removed. Not hanging in there.
13. Flip over door panel.
14. By using a clean flat head screwdriver and your clean hands start lifting the door pannel off the mold.
DO NOT APPLY PRESSURE since the material is made of is very fragil.
15. Do the same procedure for the other side of the door pannel if neccessary removal.
NOTE: make sure to install all hardware back when putting door back again.

Time Line: 30 min for beginner and 5 min PRO (me :D) per door
Labor: 1 person

Pictures will be updated shortly.
