hey guys my brakes were squeeking kind of bad so i resurfaced my powerslot rotors, then went and got som hawk hp plus pad. now they squeek even more, could the pins that go through the caliper, if those are bent a little bit could they cause this problem, also i didnt bleed the system

If anything, getting high performance pads will increase/cause squeeking....

It's most likely your drums unless you're 100% sure it's coming from the front. The problem with drums is brake dust gets stuck in there, and then gets between the pad and the braking surface causing a really annoying squeek. Open them up, buy some brake cleaner spray and clean them out.

You didn't need to bleed the system unless you got air in your lines.

its def from the front i can hear that shit and its loud. so the hawk pads cause squeeking i dont think this is true im running the exact same setup on on 03 honda civic and not one problem

its a fact that performance pads tend to squeak, I never said that was your whole problem though

Other than what I already suggested I'm out of ideas foe now :/

You should have got HPS [high performance street] pads.
HP+ is for racing. They work best when hot and worked hard.
Noise and dust are not a consideration with racing pads.
You could try some brake anti-squeak sauce on the back of the pads.
Parts stores carry bottles for about $6.
You smear it on the back of the pad, then assemble it wet. Pump the pedal and you should make it a lot better.
But those racing pads are going to be a problem in many ways.

well shizzle thats what i thought damnit i dont want to have to spend another 70 for different pads. so no matter what they will prob squeek

That sauce fixes a lot of squeak problems -give it a try - it's cheap.

dude, i might go to the junk yard tomorrow. try it tonight and if it doesnt work, text me and ill find some pads for you. $5 sound good? lol! go from $70 pads to $5 pads.
