well is sct a good ford programmer?.....for cam or turbo?.....would an sct take the place of getting it tuned?

SCT is a tune. It will work with whatever you have on the car. You just need to get it to a dyno for the bigger stuff (turbo, headwork, nitrous). It's probably the best one that the Z has. I know a lot of people run it with good results.
