So I decided to rework my exhaust a little bit. I'm goin to use a dynomax thrush muffler and keep my piping stock for now. What I haven't been able to find is the size of the piping for the inlet on the muffler. I was thinking it was 2.25 but wasn't exactly sure.

our stock piping is 1-7/8". i would imagine it would be the same at the muffler.
if your asking what size the dynomax muffler inlet is, that depends on which one you bought or plan to buy as they make different sizes.

Yeah, but it is necked to size.
You may need an adapter.
It is VERY tough to get our stock muffler off correctly - consider cutting it - heat works, but you need a real torch, not a propane one.
I'd measure first, decide where you are going to cut [if necessary], and buy your muffler accordingly.
