I had my first White Castle about ' 45 when my dad stopped at one in Detroit . I've always had to have the burgers , moved to Indianapolis in ' 57 there was one a few miles away . Moved to Cape Coral Fl. in ' 91 , No White Castle within a 1K miles , that really sucked . Friends flying to Florida would bring some packed on ice .

A few years ago Publix market started carrying Frozen White Castles , almost as good as fresh . Pop them in the microwave in the sealed bag for 50 seconds , there good to go . Funny how people get addicted to a taste for a certain food and crave it forever . I keep the freezer stocked at all times .

There is one less than a mile from my house, open 24 hours a day. I may have to have some later tonight. I don't have them often, maybe once every few months, but they are extremely tasty. Sliders ftw.

If you heat them in the unopened wrapper for 50-60 seconds there not bad , add little mustard and pickle , there pretty close . I can't handle the cheese burgers , you can eat'em but they taste like shit. First time I eat Crystal was in Tenn. , wife said there the same as White Castle , took one bite ,the dog ate the rest .

when i lived in marion, i could only get white castle from kokomo which was over an hour away. now up here, there's one inside a speedway in valpo and one in michigan city. couple years ago they put one up in hobart (one town over) so i can get white castle whenever i please. they're not that great for you and some people don't like the taste, but you simply can't stop eating them. they're SO good. me and a buddy will usually split a crave case, no pickle, add cheese.

They're small burgers, and I started on frozen and got my first fresh ones when I was living in MN, and honestly I think they're both mediocre. But really, when you're paying $.50/e for a burger, and you pound them in increments of 12-16 like I do, you stop tasting them around 4 or 5 lol.

Where was this pic taken? Not that any of you would know but i swear I have seen these same kids before with there parents at a restaurant. They had huge drinks and a lot of food. The one started eating off the others dish.

Screw walmart, I called one of the 5 locations withing a 20 minute drive "I know, how sad" and they make you wait for ever. The first one was like we don't serve meat, this isn't a supercenter. So I called the supercenter one and gave up after 5 minutes of waiting.
