Is there anyone on here who has made any of the Warrant ranks ? (I know the Air Force doesn't use the warrant ranks right now) but the Navy and to some extent the Army have warrant grades to promote and retin highly skilled persons.

The Marine Corps does this as well. Individuals with 8 years of service and the rank of E-5 or higher may submit packages. It's a way to earn the role of the officer if you are over 30 or have no degree. I don't know anyone that is one on this forum, although if Scamwurkz was still here I'm sure he would say that he was one once upon a time.
