Embarrassing moment of the week.
So on my DVR at home once it's done it'll ask me if i want to delete the recording when i'm done watching. If I don't respond in 5 minutes the prompt just goes away and it goes to the last channel that was playing.
Well, I really like Starz. It has had a lot of my favorite movies lately and I was watching it. I decided to watch a MotoGP race.
My girlfriend told me she was going to bed. I told her as soon as the race was over I would be up stairs because I was tired too. The race was almost over and I wanted a beer and something to snack on. So i went to the kitchen. Went upstairs and stuck some stuff in the dryer. Having entirely forgot about the end of the race I had recorded I got sidetracked and started cleaning my room.
I come back downstairs and my girlfriend was hungry and wanted to come downstairs and get a quick snack with me and watch the last few minutes of the race with me.
Rather than the race... she got downstairs before me. Only to find that the recording was over. It had jumped back to starz and was into a full on late night porno with some chick riding a guy.
First words out of her mouth were "WHAT are you watching?"
Me "MotoGP."
Her "This isn't motoGP" as i walk downstairs and witness the crazy stuff on my tv screen with my blinds open and the door open to the patio. I'm sure the neighbors heard. I couldn't hear it upstairs.
I explained the DVR thing to her and she understood (thank god) but she didn't really seem to care much... she was just "surprised." Talk about embarrassing. LOL!
