ZX2 is going bye-bye

Well, after debating whether or not to sell it and after trying to sell it with only low-ball offers (anyone on this site please don't take offense, i just needed 2 get as much money as possible), i finally have a buyer. Some guy came and test drove it yesterday. He ended up agreeing to $1,600!!!! More than i thought i would get from it considering the condition. Anyway, he gave me a $100 deposit yesterday and will give me the remaining $1,500 tomorrow. It's really bumming me out the more I think about it, and I know it will only get worse when he drives it away 2morrow. Just wanted 2 let everyone here who I have gotten to know on this website that I am officially out of the ZX2 game, but will still stick around the community and post and whatever. My next car will be....?????????

Actually, as much as this sucks nuts, i wont be getting a car anytime real soon. I sold it so i can afford 2 go 2 college this year. This summer I will (keeping fingers crossed) be getting a kick-ass internship that will pay some real good bucks so i can afford a car payment. I havent started one of those gay "what kind of car should i buy next" threads because i wont be buying a car until july of '09. Just for shits and giggles i have thought of 2 TOTALLY different vehicles i would really enjoy owning for my next car: Newer Nissan Xterra OR Honda S2000. lol, pretty diverse i know, give opinions even though i wont be buying either anytime soon.

good luck. Paying for school is a bitch, I had to work 3 jobs to get myself through it. It is worth it. Keep up the grades and the intership will be easy to get. I landed an internship, thanks to my grades, that started me at over $20 hour while in my second year. You are making a tough but good decision, kudos. :beer:
