radiator question...

seen alot of modded zx2s that appear to have the cooling fan in front of the radiator taken off(at least thats what it looks like in the pics)

why would it be taken off in the first place?
and if it is removed,how do ya keep the engine cooled?

Our cooling fan is behind the radiator. It pulls the air through. Some modders install a pusher fan on the other side of the radiator to make more room in the engine bay.

The fan comes on when the AC is on, and at slow speeds or when stopped when it is hot out.
Normally, movement from driving is enough so that the fan doesn't have to come on.
