My new broken head light

This one is of the face plate mount that is broken as well

AND the only good part (I haven't broken it open yet) is the other one seems to be in good condition

I will be breaking the other open because i have a painting idea that should define sexy.

This post is to help me figure out how to fix the broken mount permanently

Aha... the mounts are metal. That's a jb weld job then and an easy one at that

Epoxy for the plastic, JB weld for the metal imo. Looks like you have some good clearance there too so you could probably lay it on pretty thick.

Fyi, make sure everything is spotless clean before using either one of those. I would use rubbing alcohol. MEK is usually recommended but it's nasty shit so i'm not gonna tell you to use that. Also, rough up the surface w/ a 80 grit sand paper prior to cleaning and gluing it.
