Well I got a body kit from quik a few months ago and when he had given it to me the rear bumper and side skirts were cut in have. Now since I have time I was going to fix it and was wondering how to do it. I looked it up and saw some ways and was just asking on here just to make sure I was going to do it right. So far I know I am going to need these materials and correct me if I am wrong please

1. fiberglass mat
2. Fiberglass resin and hardener
3. and a paint brush or some kind of brush

Now from what I learn I had to mix the harder and the apply it to the fiberglass mat material, after that let it harder and then sand it down and repeat the steps until it looks good. I just wanted to know if that is what I have to do so if I am wrong please tell me before I start doing this tomorrow and thanks for the help.

Pretty good.
But spend some online time Googling various fiberglass repair techniques first.
Believe me, you won't regret any extra time spent learning.
It sure beats practicing and screwing up your own stuff!

Ok I was looking around and I saw another post on the internet about fiberglassing. What I saw was that you need to use bondo on the outside of the bodykit where it shows and you use the fiberglass mat and the harder on the inside of the body.

Yup, fiber the inside and bondo the outside. Also make to sure to use a pretty abrasive sand paper to rough the inside up and give the fiber glass plenty to bond to. Also after sanding make sure the surface is VERY VERY clean. Also to help the bond. other than that you should be good 2 go. Good luck and snap some pics.
