Looking for S/R gauge cluster

I think that is what I need. My car is all in metric and I was just going to put an overlay in that was in mph but the overlay I bought runs from 0-150 when my car only runs 0-120 (or 200kph) If I swap the cluster in it will fix my problem right? and I have 223000 Km on my car, will that change with a new cluster?

my odometer reads 120k i believe, but a local od shop can roll it to your correct mileage, which typically is inexpensive. I never had it rolled to my mileage though, i just kept a record of what my od read when i took it out, and what the new one read.
