i beat kevin..understandably, since i have more done to my car, and i've been to one event before. i'll let him explain how he got so close to my time, though

i ended up 64th in PAX...which i'm going to consider good...because it's out of 147 people...so it's in the top half...and only 95 people were students. that means the other 52 people were instructors. a few people also had their instructors drive their cars....so maybe that can explain some too. if all the instructors PAX'd better than i did, i'm at the top 12%. not bad considering my tires are about as soft as a hockey puck. once i get some good shoes on the car, i'm sure i can push my car a LOT harder. right now..the car is giving way before i do...i wish it was the other way around. it's easier to improve skill than it is the car at this point. the only things i can do to the car yet are play with settings, get stiffer springs, and better tires.
