i've seen some zx2's with rear tie bars. WHat are these? how do they compare witha 19,mm bar, where can i get 1

I think you are confusing tie bars with sway bars. they serve different functions. The sway bar connects the rear suspension to limit body roll in corners. A tie bar attempts to box-in the rear suspension and reduce flex. I have a 22mm rear sway bar from zxtuner and a rear tie bar from mazdaracer. watch this site for mazdaracer's group buys. They pop up periodically.

The Mx3 tie bars will NOT fit the 3rd gen sedans and zx2's. The lateral links are spaced wider than on the 2nd gen bg chassis.

Ya i get what they are but i was wondering if Some cars with the Same chassis(BG) have them from the factory

Yeah I can vouch for that. I bought one a while ago and it was not long enough. The one from mazadaracer is a really nice piece. He also sells a front tie bar, but I have not used it.
