A girl came running into my store last night screaming that there was a car in the ditch and asked if anyone had called the cops. I wasn't really sure what to think when I saw the car but I couldn't stop laughing for whatever reason. I went to the car while she called the cops and I recognized it instantly. There was no one in the car when I got there. Apparently the illegal mexican that drives it drove into the ditch, stopped and the car just rolled over.

When the cops, firefighters, ambulances, and dozens of cars stopped to look, laugh and take pictures.

at least he flipped his car before he had the chance to hit another car then flee the scene because he was illegal and without insurance...which is the #1 reason i hate driving in Chicago, BTW.

The plates on the car weren't on file and the cops believe that the car is stolen.

The best part was when the tow truck driver started the car on the roll back and nothing but smoke came out the back of it.

That does sound like an interesting night. Must be a pretty small area you live in if you're able to identify cars like that...lol

I live in a city of about 140,000 people right outside of Kansas City. It just gets really easy to identify people when you see them every night.

How'd he pull that one off? He parked it and it tipped over on it's own? Kinda weird...

I had a weird day at work on Monday. I get to work to find an 18 wheeler stuck in the side of the Chili's next door... I should have gotten pics with my phone, but didn't think of it at the time. Supposedly the guy went inside Chili's to eat, but forgot to set the parking brake or something. It rolled from the area behind the store where truckers park into the parking lot apparently hitting a parked truck before running into the wall. I heard an employee was hurt from the crash. By the time I left work, they had the wall patched up. It looked like Chili's was still in business even with a truck in the wall, lol.

Hell, maybe it was their supply truck and they decided to use it as an extra freezer.
