I need a good, cheap CD player headunit. Possibly one with an AUX plug in for an iPod. Just need it to play CDs, use the radio and maybe an AUX jack. No frills.

Also need the faceplate and wiring harness and whatever else I'd need to install it.

Also, for giggles- a price on replacing all the speakers with something better than stock.

It's going in my little brother's first car, and I want something for him to be able to have a pretty nice sound system without going broke.

Sorry to ride on your thread Larka

Serious . . .I'm also looking for a similar system (nice bang for the buck) for my '99 ZX2 daily driver. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Get a 1.5 Din and you won't need an ugly plate to fill in the gap. :)

Pioneer and Jensen (you said cheap) make them. So does Pyle but I wouldn't buy one of them pyles of crap.
