Anyone going to the all ford nationals in Carlisle?

I think there is a ford car show in carlise, pa sometime in mid-july. I might be going if I get some stuff done to my car that I want to do before I would go. Anyone planning on going, or know more about it?

I am going to try to make it to the show, although it is highly unlikely right now. Unfortunately unless you have or like Mustangs, the shows over the past few years have been less than exciting (should be renamed the All Mustang and some other Fords show).

My buddy Keith went, but didn't show. I didn't go due to the heat & the fact that I had an evening planned later on with a special someone. This will be the first All Ford I've missed since I started going in 2001; the heat's just a tad much for me this weekend.

On another note, I saw Callaway on Route 333 outside of Mifflintown yesterday evening around 6pm-ish near the exxon & sunoco coming out of a sidestreet. I was in my Vdub, I doubt he noticed me. His car looks.... it's not my taste. :?

yeah that hill was nuts, i walked around all weekend. I felt like i was with a bunch of girls, because my buddy was complaining of sun burn and it being hot. The red ZX2 belonged to a vender, I talked with him for a while on Sat morning, told him about the site, he said he would check it out. there was also a black stock zx2 that was being driven around for a while, one of the guys showing a mustang and camping there owned it, talked to him too, he said it was his daily driver and the mustang was a trailer queen.

But this trip has screwed me over some... I got pulled over for doing 88 in a 65. The cop gave me a ticket for doing 78 in a 65 so that saved me. Then i blew my subwoofer to my system.. I had no subwoofer for the whole weeked. 3 1/2 hour ride with out one sucked... Then I cracked my buddy club front bumper on the show field. BLAH!

The red ZX2 was bone stock, parked near the main gate, beside a vendor tent (not on the show field, did not get judged). My car - 2nd place.

There was a a ZX2 category. We were placed I think in no mans land, the same spot as last year. There we're no cars around us, and we shared the row with the EXPs which were 10 million spots away. It was lame. If we had more people show, then i woulda complained so that next year we can be placed by the focus's and contours.
