ok got an inspection at ford , they said my sub frame bolts where rusty and need to be replaced. and the bushings or whatever mounts are there are gone cousing movement of what ever its conected too. what is the subframe. (he sorta explained it but not really well) where can i get the bolts and mounts. diagram?

The steering, engine and trans bolt to a steel subframe. It is then bolted to the car.
There are four main massive bolts.

where can i get those and is this something i could do myself?

I'll bet it's the frame or mount points that are rusted, and the bolts are not the problem [although you may need new ones]. Have someone who is sharp with common sense look at it.
Who knows what is going on under your car?
