SO here is a link to it

my question is would this be useful with a turbo setup or would you not want to run this?
and also has anyone ever had one and noticed a difference?

I wish I kept my DIS-2, the rev limiter rocked. It also has the launch limiter. If you plan to run a lot of boost, the hotter spark might come in handy.

I thought mine was great till it broke. Better gas mileage, quicker response, and all the fun built in features. I bought it off ebay and got 5 years out of it till the car just died while driving one day.

I asked this a long time ago because one went for like $100 on ebay... I almost jumped on it
any msd dis-2 will work, there is the standard version, ho version and the programmable one ($$$) , I had the reg one at one time, I now have the programmable one... you use a pc to control everything.
You also need msd part# 8912 tach adapter
and cmf sales a "quick" harness if your afraid of wiring.
I do have a new tach adapter for sale, I bought it by mistake, I dont even need it cause I run a stand alone.
also note, there are several part #'s for the dis-2's, some are older then others.
